Wine Utensil

Wine-making equipment to the ideal ingredients for cooking and use the juices from the good quality enamel. If possible, try to buy wine accessories sold under the names because they are often the most reliable. They can not be chipped.

Cheap enamel utensils often lead in the glaze and this could be boiled in the brew. When this is done, the wine will then be dangerous.

If copper or aluminum is used, it could be a low risk of small particles of metalboiled in the brew. This could poison the yeast, would prevent fermentation.

For purposes of fermentation and for soaking fruits and flowers, try a ship or a china made of polyethylene. China vessels should not go too far on the edge, since it makes too much space in the air. A PE-bucket is ideal - but make sure it is polyethylene, such as some plastics are not suitable. And choose a pale color or white. Where they produce large batches of wine, aPolyethylene trash is an excellent fermentation vessel, as well as a strong plastic bags, food before feeding worn-out barrels or similar containers.

One advantage of Polythene has is the fact that it is almost unbreakable. A PE-bucket can be used for all wine making purposes other than for cooking the ingredients.

Do not use e-vessels for fermentation and do not use a galvanized vessel for a portion of the vinification.
